Vanilla-caramel cream ice cream with cowberry filling
Ingredients
water, cream, sugar, cowberry filling 10% (sugar, cowberries 41%, water, acidity regulator citric acid, thickener pectin), whey- and skimmed milk powder, butter, caramelized sugar syrup 2,5% (sugar, cream, water), emulsifier E471, stabilizers: E412, E410, E407; flavouring (vanilla). Keep at temperature below -18°C. Once melted, do not freeze the product again. Best before: see on the package. Product may contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy and egg.
