European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development LA 4.2. Intervention “Support for investments in processing” project No. 25-00-C0LA0402-000002 “Investments in Valmieras piens AS milk product packaging process”

The aim of the project is to optimize the packaging process for cottage cheese and processed cheese, replacing physically and morally outdated equipment with modern solutions, thus improving the overall productivity of the production process. The purchase of the new equipment will allow to increase the volume of production processes in accordance with the demand in the market, as well as providing the opportunity to deliver a larger volume of products, rather than limiting the production processes by the limits of the productivity of packaging equipment, as is currently the case. In view of the company's plans for further development and goals related to sustainability, it is necessary to purchase new, modern, more energy-efficient, safer and more efficient equipment.
